About Angela
I am a leadership and change expert. I am obsessed about building high performing and resilience individuals, teams, and organisations. We are living in a very chaotic world. There is complexity, uncertainty and constant change.
I see many within my network burnt out or close to burn out. These are highly capable people, who are frustrated and overwhelmed. They are struggling to keep up with the pace of change and find a clear path to success.
I have a unique set of skills, experience and qualifications that enable me to deliver high impact programs.

My story.
I have dedicated over 30 years to studying, practicing, and mentoring in people leadership and change.
Over my career I have had exposure to diverse organisations, many of which have been in states of significant change. I have led multi million dollar change projects, including implementing new HR systems. I have designed and implemented multiple company-wide leadership and change frameworks.
After 9 years in government and 12 years in the private sector, I decided to take a different career path and start my own consulting practice. This was a new and exciting challenge. I love to share my knowledge and set individuals, teams and organisations up for success. I have a unique set of skills and experience in strategic people leadership, change management and HR technology transformation. My masters degree in organisational psychology and coaching qualifications, along with my experience set me apart.
I understand the challenges of leaders because I have been there. I know how hard it is to shift perspectives and dedicate time to growing for your own professional development but also for the benefit of your organisation.
